Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at roxana@roxanapourali.com.au or 02 4625 5913 with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a resolution at our discretion.
