At Roxana Pourali Skincare, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your skincare products. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
  • Orders placed after 12PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (Australia-Wide) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 1-4 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs inspections, or weather conditions.

At this time, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email.
  • If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at roxana@roxanapourali.com.au.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Roxana Pourali Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service before reaching out to us.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. International Orders & Customs Fees

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Customs processing may delay delivery, and we are unable to predict or control these delays.
